Join the Challenge to help tackle the skills shortage
The words “skills shortage” are much discussed in every area of industry, social media, as well as in conferences, workshops, and networking events.
BUT WHAT IF WE TURN WORDS INTO ACTION?
To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2024, CoTrain (Shared Apprenticeship Scheme delivered by SECBE) set the #CreateApprenticeships Challenge.
THE CHALLENGE
CoTrain are aiming to collaborate with partners and create 50 new apprenticeship placements by April 2024.
WHO IS INVITED TO JOIN?
If you are a company working in construction (designer or architecture practice, consultant, constructor, etc.), we will help you find apprentices to meet your specific needs.
We will take care of all the apprenticeship journey from recruitment, education and managing the apprentices so that you only focus on the skills you need them to learn.
WHY JOIN?
By joining the Challenge, you'll become a part of the CoTrain partner network that works together to drive positive change and tackle the skills shortage in the sector.
You will get the workforce you need for your projects, receive recognition as a company contributing to tackling a sector issue, and join a fantastic group of partners committed to positive change.
Let’s #BuildTheFuture together!
