Trainee site manager George wins well deserved award!

The latest winner of the CoTrain Apprentice of the Month award is George Jeaffreson,  CoTrain apprentice site manager, currently working with Willmott Dixon. 

George was nominated by Neil Locke, Site Manager with Willmott Dixon. Neil commented "George was instrumental in the handover of Smitham Primary School for Willmott Dixon. He performed well above his job title and role. He was energised throughout the last month of the build and passed his attitude on to our supply chain to ensure they remained positive and achieved what they needed to in order to allow the school to open on time." He then went on to say that "George as matured in many ways. His overall performance as a manager and his ability to communicate with all to get people working how he wants is evident now."
