Willmott Dixon host ceremony for apprentices and management trainees
CoTrain were delighted to be invited to the Willmott Dixon graduation ceremony on the 5th September for the apprentices and management trainees who have completed their training this year. CoTrain apprentice, Saif Masud has now completed his apprenticeship with us and is moving on to the management trainee programme as he progresses his career within the construction industry.
During his training, Saif worked as an apprentice site manager, primarily at a new school and leisure centre at Hoe Valley, Woking. Leon Bastajian, Saif’s line manager, spoke about his enthusiasm, dedication and application for the job - something that was also reflected when Saif won the CoTrain Apprentice of the Month award earlier in the year.
Saif received his award from Roger Forsdyke, Managing Director, Construction in the Southern Counties, and Rick Willmott, Group Chief Executive.
Also in attendance were Christian Cechmann who graduated from CoTrain in 2017, as well as George Solomon, George Jeaffreson, Ed Haugh, Tommy Eagle and Hannah Goddard who will all be looking to graduate in 2019.
Congratulations Saif and we wish you all the best as you embark on the next stages of your career in construction!
