Modern Methods of Construction Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards 2022 Finalist

Roe Timber Frame was established in 1995 and over the last 25 years has organically grown into the 5th largest timber frame company in the UK. Based in Margate, the company has a team of designers using CAD based software producing bespoke, complexed timber frame solutions for a variety of applications including housing, hotels, educational facilities and commercial buildings, utilising a healthy balance between technology and manpower.

Roe Timber Frame Limited produces an ‘open panel’ solution with the option of (PIR) rigid insulation, also fitted at the factory, which categorises it as a MMC - Cat 2 provider. The company believes in this current climate, this panelised system provides a ‘real world’ balance in achieving the most flexible cost-effective designs, to provide quality housing in volume.

Roe Timber Frame are gold members of the Structural Timber Association (STA) to ensure that they meet the latest regulations and best practices, which underpins the company’s commitment to providing the best quality products in the industry. Also Roe Timber Frame are gold members of Constructionline.

Roe Timber Frame has been very progressive toward the end of 2020 and throughout 2021, which the purchase of a second manufacturing plant in Wales, which has really established the business as a major player in the UK. The company is well on its way to achieving £30m turnover in the next financial year and now has a potential production capability of £60m per annum.
